Job Description :
- Provide expert technical pre-sales support to sales team for new opportunities involving servers, storage and backup solution, which includes conducting and leading technical presentation mainly to prospect customer in order to bring in more projects (purchase order).
- Handover and brief project details to implementation team of the design and solution after we can get the purchase order and start implemantation.
- Keep updated of the latest technology and develop technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Male and Female age Not over 35 Years
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology or any Related fields.
- At least 2-5-yrs Systems and Storage experience in HPE, Dell, Lenovo etc
- Experience Server Infrastructure, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Product Back Solution, DR Solution, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS O365, Azure, AWS etc. and virtualized platforms (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) etc
- Good knowledge of backup and archival solution such as Veritas, Arcserve, Veeam etc.
- Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined
- Technology and product Certificate would be advantage
- Presentation skill, proposals and documents for support sales team and customers
- Products and Solutions designation such as Server Solution, POC Demonstration and TOR Compile Spec.
- Consults and Analyses Requirements/Problems of customers
- Plans for New Technology, Services and Solutions that will be released in the future
- Communicates with Engineer or Project Management for Implementation
- Fluent in English is a must
- Own car and license
- Able to work at Ekamai Area
